Hi Everyone!! i was happy to talk to Geoff on sunday at midnight :-0! It was a tired monday, but SO worth it!! He looked great and sounded wonderful as well!! He was able to find the time to email me pictures! i enjoy knowing what his world looks like for this next coming year. Mail has continued to reach him still which is awesome!!! His latest requests are:
- magazines (sports, guns, fitness, etc)
- pumpkin seeds
-used golf balls
- smoked cheeses, sausage and pepperoni (anything that doesnt have to be refrgerator)
- tums
- Hacki Sac
-Bug spray
-badmitten set
-rockstar energy drink (fruit punch)
-ramen noodles
I have been loving clinicals, Every day is so much fun, and different. I am still counting down the days until i am finished (june 9th to be exact)

Thanks Kristen for starting this. I was also able to talk with Geoffrey. We skyped and finished talking at 1:15 a.m. - Monday morning. It was 9:30 in the morning for him when we started and his eyes were swollen. They haven't been getting much consistent sleep because they have been doing a lot of night missions....and lack of sleep is torture for Geoff! lol They still have their donkey around....it's been there for about a year now. They also have some kittens, but they will get wild as they grow....no different than the dogs over there. The temperatures were in the 80's but they've gone back down and many nights they still have to sleep in their "marshmellow" clothes - that's what they call their cold weather gear. I told Geoff it didn't sound much different than Buffalo - snowshowers one day and four days later it's in the mid 70's! Some other supplies that are being requested are: room deordorizer (go figure! lol, Bug spray, cigars, granola, generic plastic container - like glad/ziploc and any canned meats like spam, ham, sardines, etc. But most importantly....keep sending your prayers.
